It is weird how sometimes listening to an old song brings up a slew of memories. I was listening to olf F4 songs, and are reminded of my best friend in highschool.

The song is "Ti yi shi jian" it's basicly saying that no matter how far apart in daily lives your friends have been, they will rush up to your side if you need them.
